UMW has been in mission with women, children, and youth for more than 140 years.

Ushers & Greeters

Our Ushers and Greeters Rotate "duty" between teams of ushers, handing out worship bulletins, collecting offering and escorting worshipers to their seats.   Also, on their respective Sundays, they open and lock up the church for Sunday morning activities (and make sure the coffee is fit for human consumption.)  Please call the church office for information.

Acolytes &
 Crucifers

Acolytes and Crucifers are volunteers who serve at the 11:00 am Sunday worship service. While Acolytes are generally ages 9-15,  all depends on the child.  Crucifers may be adults or adolescents. Training is provided.

Altar Guild

Prayer Shawl Ministry

We are currently in need of infant sized blankets!!!

Not strictly limited to women artisans,  our Prayer Shawl Ministry continues to be alive and well and busy!

Altar guild serves by preparing the altar for worship.  Based on the ecclesiastical year, they determine the colors used and place the flowers. They also keep the candles and altar silver in good repair, and prepare for communion each month, readying the elements for the worship services.
